EMS Ltd were commissioned to design, fabricate and install a bespoke contemporary metal staircase with glass balustrades for a residential property located within a conservation area.

Due to the planning restrictions associated with the property, the project required careful consideration at the design stage. Our team produced detailed drawings and specifications, which were submitted to the local planning authority for approval prior to fabrication.

Once approved, the staircase was manufactured to exact specifications, combining structural steelwork with modern glass balustrades to create a clean, contemporary finish while maintaining full compliance with safety standards.
