Our proficient welding engineers work with materials such as aluminium, brass, copper and stainless steel. Working within PED regulations for specified work. BS EN 9606 no ISO in this Qual. Pre-fabricated items to minimise on site disruption.

For your convenience, we have a dedicated workshop based in Pevensey, near Eastbourne East Sussex where we can manufacture pre-fabricated coded welding to minimise on-site disruptions. We also work closely with all our clients to deliver exceptional quality services from start to finish.

Coded Welding & Testing

EMS Ltd has a skilled team of specialist welders that are qualified in various disciplines. We perform coded welding for steel assembly, structural steelwork, pipelines assembly and pipework installation and repair either from our dedicated workshop in Sussex or on your premises.

Our fully certified coded welders also conduct weld testing to ensure the work passes legislation together with current health and safety requirements. Testing includes 100% visual inspection, dye penetrant, radiography and magnetic particle. We also work with insurance and authority inspectors and can liaise with relevant organisations on your behalf as and when required.

Coded Welding Services - TIG, MIG or MMA

With over 30 years of experience working with commercial and industrial clients from multiple sectors, our highly skilled coded welders have mastered all types of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel and Aluminium.

We have vast experience of working with coded TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and MMA (Manual Metal Arc) and are capable of handling a wide variety of coded welding including pipe work, bespoke structural solutions, bespoke fabrication requiring coded welding.

Pipe Welding

The EMS Team weld low carbon and stainless steel pipes to BS EN 9606 for existing or planned installations, across numerous settings including Breweries, Hospitals, Manufacturing Settings, Processing Plants, Gas Plant Rooms and Water Plant Rooms.

We also carry out regular maintenance and pipe repairs.
