Replacement Hinged Panel Cattle Grid

EMS Ltd designed, manufactured and installed a bespoke hinged cattle grid for a client in the South East, delivering a durable and low-maintenance solution tailored to an existing structure.

Following a detailed site survey, our team fabricated a custom cattle grid to fit precisely within the original opening. The new system was engineered with hinged steel panels, allowing easy access for regular cleaning and maintenance of the trough below.

To improve performance and user experience, each panel was designed to sit securely and bolt directly onto the existing sub-frame. This ensured a stable installation, reducing movement and eliminating rattling when vehicles pass over the grid.

All work was completed by our experienced engineers in line with industry standards, including BS EN 9606, BS EN ISO 15614 and BS EN 1090-2 Execution Class 2, ensuring a safe, compliant and long-lasting installation.
